Where do your products come from?

Every product is handcrafted by Hazara artisans in Afghanistan. We work directly with the makers and their families.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00 per order, anywhere in the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Because items ship internationally from Afghanistan, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order ships.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you view your order history in one place.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers. After checkout, send your transfer receipt via WhatsApp and we will confirm your payment within 24 hours.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work out a return or exchange together.
